Days 1–3A coordinator meets with you (in person or virtually) to understand your household.

Candidate shortlist
Days 3–10We send you 3–5 pre-screened profiles with photos, video introductions, and references.

Selection & contract
Days 10–20You select a candidate. We prepare and attest the employment contract.

Visa & documentation
Days 20–60We process the visa, medical, and pre-departure documentation in coordination with your local agency.

Arrival & follow-up
Day 60+Your worker arrives. We check in regularly throughout the contract.
