We believe in transparency. Below is the full journey for both employers and workers, with realistic timelines and clear responsibilities at every stage.

For employers

    Inquiry

    Day 1

    You contact us with your requirements through this site, WhatsApp, or your partner agency.

  2. 02

    Consultation

    Days 1–3

    A coordinator meets with you (in person or virtually) to understand your household.

  3. 03

    Candidate shortlist

    Days 3–10

    We send you 3–5 pre-screened profiles with photos, video introductions, and references.

  4. 04

    Selection & contract

    Days 10–20

    You select a candidate. We prepare and attest the employment contract.

  5. 05

    Visa & documentation

    Days 20–60

    We process the visa, medical, and pre-departure documentation in coordination with your local agency.

  6. 06

    Arrival & follow-up

    Day 60+

    Your worker arrives. We check in regularly throughout the contract.

For workers

  1. 01

    Application

    Day 1

    Visit our office or submit your application online with basic personal information.

  2. 02

    Interview & assessment

    Days 1–7

    We interview you, assess your skills and goals, and verify your background.

  3. 03

    Pre-departure training

    Weeks 2–8

    Complete our full training program — household work, childcare, language, cultural orientation.

  4. 04

    Matching

    Weeks 8–12

    We match you with a vetted employer based on your skills and preferences.

  5. 05

    Documentation

    Weeks 12–16

    Passport, medical, visa, and contract attestation — all handled by our team.

  6. 06

    Departure & support

    From departure

    You travel to your placement. Our case officers stay in touch throughout your contract.
