Kamel Foreign Employment Agent was founded with a single conviction: that labor migration from Ethiopia to the Middle East can be a force for good — when it is done legally, ethically, and with real care for the people involved.
Our story
Founded in Addis Ababa, Kamel Foreign Employment Agent operates under license from the Ethiopian Ministry of Labour & Skills. We were created in response to a clear problem: too many recruitment agencies were treating migrant workers as commodities. We chose a different model — one based on real training, transparent paperwork, and direct partnerships with reputable Middle East agencies. Every placement we make is one we would be proud to have in our own family.
